Przerwanie lub zakończenie treningu
Jeżeli prędkość pedałowania spadnie do poniżej
10 obrotów na minutę lub naciśnięty zostanie
przycisk „RECOVERY” układ elektroniczny
rozpoznaje przerwę w treningu. Pokazywane są
osiągnięte dane treningowe. Szybkość, wydajność,
obroty i puls pokazywane są jako wartości średnie
z symbolem Ø.
Przyciskami „plus” lub „minus” można przełączyć
na aktualne wskazanie.
Dane treningowe pokazywane są przez 4 minuty.
Jeżeli w tym czasie nie zostanie naciśnięty żaden
przycisk ani nie będą Państwo trenować, układ elek-
troniczny przełączy się na tryb uśpienia z pokazy-
waniem temperatury pomieszczenia.
Ponowne rozpoczęcie treningu
W razie kontynuacji treningu w przeciągu 4 minut
ostatnie wartości są nadal zliczane w górę lub w
dół.
Funkcja RECOVERY
Pomiar pulsu spoczynkowego
Na końcu treningu nacisnąć przycisk „recovery”.
Układ elektroniczny mierzy Państwa puls przez 60
sekund.
Po naciśnięciu „RECOVERY” w pozycji „RPM”
zapamiętywana jest aktualna wartość pulsu, a w
punkcie „SPEED” wartość pulsu po 60 sekundach.
W polu „Power” pokazywana jest różnica obu
wartości. W oparciu o te wartości wyliczana jest
ocena sprawności (przykład F 1.1). Wskazanie
zostaje wyłączone po 20 sekundach.
„RECOVERY” lub „RESET” przerywa tę funkcję.
Jeżeli na początku lub na końcu odliczania czasu
nie zostanie zmierzony puls, pojawia się
komunikat błędu.
