Polsslagzones
Er worden 5 polsslagzones Z1-Z5 weergegeven. Ze worden afhankelijk van de ingevoerde leeftijd
berekend.
Maximale trainingspolsslag (HR Max) = 220 – leeftijd
Z1 = 50- 60% van HR Max = OPWARMEN
Z
2 = 61- 70% van HR Max = VETVERBRANDING
Z3 = 71- 80% van HR Max = UITHOUDINGSVERMOGEN
Z4 = 81- 90% van HR Max = UITHOUDINGSVERMOGEN INTENSIEF
Z5 = 91-100% van HR Max = MAXIMAAL BEREIK
De polsslagzones worden in het tekstveld weergegeven, als de functie onder ”Persoonlijke instellin-
gen>Polsslagzones” geactiveerd is.
Herstelpolsslagmeting
Druk tijdens de training en bij actieve polsslagmeting op de herstelpolsslag-toets. Na 10 seconden
start de meting.
De elektronica meet 60 seconden terugtellend uw polsslag.
Daarna wordt het herstelpolsslagcijfer weergegeven.
De weergave wordt na 20 seconden of door indrukken van de herstelpolsslag-toets beëindigd.
Wordt aan het begin of einde van de teruglopende tijd geen polsslag gemeten, verschijnt er een fou-
tmelding.
Polsslagmeting
De polsslagmeting kan via 2 bronnen plaatsvinden:
1. Handsensoren
De aansluiting bevindt zich aan de achterzijde van het display;
2. Borstgordel
De ontvanger bevindt zich achter het display.
(borstgordels behoren niet altijd tot de leveromvang) De POLAR-borstgordel T34 is als accessoire (arti-
kelnr. 67002000) verkrijgbaar. Er functioneren alleen ”ongecodeerde systemen“.
Voor een hartfrequentie-georiënteerde training wordt een borstgordel aanbevolen.
