Tonos del sistema
Conectar
Al conectar, durante el test de segmentos, se emite un tono.
Datos predeterminados
Al alcanzar los datos predeterminados de tiempo, distancia y

Superación del pulso máximo
Al superar en una pulsación el pulso máximo configurado, se
emitirán durante este tiempo 2 tonos breves.
Recovery
Cálculo de la nota Fitness (F):

Cálculo del valor medio
Los cálculos del valor medio se refieren a las unidades de entre-
namiento anteriores hasta un Reset o hasta el modo de reposo.

Al final del entrenamiento, pulse > RECOVERY.

segundos. En Energía se muestra el pulso de esfuerzo (P1).
Visualización
• Fitness Score
Al finalizar la cuenta atrás, se muestra en Fitness Score la nota
de fitness (en este ejemplo, 3,3).
La visualización finaliza al cabo de 20 segundos.
> RECOVERY interrumpe la función de pulso de recuperaci-
ón o la indicación de la nota de fitness.
Si no se registra ningún pulso, aparece el mensaje de error
“Err”. La visualización finaliza al cabo de 5 segundos.
