Alarm når max puls opnås = on
Måling af Target puls = on
Fitness ( 75% ) = aktiv
Ved at trykke på “Training“ accepterer du værdierne og ind-
stillingen, og dår til “ Training stand – by “.

Ved at trykke på ”–/+” kan man skifte mellem tid og distance.
Under programme length tid du ændre tiden mellem 20 – 90
minutter, og distancen fra 8 til 36 km ( cross ergometere fra 4
– 18 km)

Program længde = 12.0 km
Ved at trykke på “Training“ accepteres værdierne,og du går
til “training stand – by“
Ved ergomeret cykel, svarer 1 minut til 400 m. ved en cross
ergometer svarer det til 200 m.
