El ordenador está equipado con 10 programas de entren-
amiento. Se diferencian claramente en la intensidad y
duración de los esfuerzos.

“+” o “–”: modificar el esfuerzo. Iniciar el entrenamien-

El programa va descontando de los valores introducidos
> 0. Si no se introduce ningún dato, el entrenamiento
comenzará en el programa “Count Up”.
Al comenzar el programa debe existir como mínimo un
dato para el tiempo, energía o recorrido.
Pulsar “SET”: rango de datos predeterminados.
