1.1 SET: Nastavení času nebo vzdálenosti či kalorií v

pohotovostním provozu.

1.2 START/STOP: Spustí běžecký trenažér z pohotovost-

ního provozu s třívteřinovým odpočítáváním nebo

zastaví běžecký trenažér v tréninku.

1.3 SPEED -/+: v MODE změna nastavení, v tréninku

změna rychlosti na pomaleji/rychleji

1.4 Tlačítka zrychlené volby rychlosti 3 km/h, 6 km/h, 9

km/h, 12 km/h pro nastavení v tréninku.

1.5 MODE: V pohotovostním provozu můžete nastavit pro-

gramy P1 ~ U1, v tréninku střídat spodní oblasti zobra-

zení.

1.6 CLEAR: Stisknutím tohoto tlačítka vymažete aktuální

zobrazení a přístroj přejde do pohotovostního provo-

zu.

1.7 INCLINE ˅/˄: v MODE změna nastavení, v tréninku

změna stoupání na méně/více

1.8 Tlačítka zrychlené volby stoupání: v tréninku lze nasta-

vit 3 %; 6 %; 9 %; 12 %.

1.9 Tlačítko zrychlené volby „12“, v pohotovostním provo-

zu se vykoná funkce zotavovacího pulsu.

2.1 PROG.: zobrazí PROGRAM

2.2 TIME: zobrazí ČAS

2.3 SPEED: zobrazí RYCHLOST
