Function range

The eight keys are briefly explained in the following.

The more precise application is explained in the individu-

al chapters. In these descriptions the names of the func-

tion keys are also used.

PROGRAM

With this function key the various programs are selected.

Normal press > next program.

Longer press > program sequence

WARM UP / COOL DOWN

With this function key the start (Warm up) and/or the

phase out (Cool down) phase is activated.

RECOVERY

With this function key the recovery pulse function is star-

ted.

PERSON

With this function key the various personal data is activa-

ted or changed.

Normal press > next person.

Longer press > personal sequence

Reset

With this function key the current display is deleted for a

new start
