You can stand or sit and perform the massage. Start massa-
ging at the right foot by putting it loosely into the massage
belt. Continue massaging over calf up to thigh. With a slow
upward and downward sliding of the belt you stimulate blood
circulation and obtain a relaxation of leg muscles. Continue
massaging at your left foot. Note: In case of phlebitis and
other leg affections contact your physician first.
Professionally caused postures (long car drives, working at
monitors, etc.) and lack of motion often result in tensions and
muscular pain at back and shoulders. A regular belt massage
prevents painfully tensions and myosclerosis and/or helps to
alleviate it. Loosen the belt at one side and hold the belt hol-
der with one hand. After massaging, change the sides.
This kind of massage strengthens connective tissue around the
belly. Owing to the depth effect of its vibration it has a parti-
cularly positive influence on a possible constipation. Put the
belt before the abdominal muscles and slightly bend forwards
and relax.
The special massage belt is perfectly suited for a particularly
comfortable massage of the lower back, of waist, hips and
buttocks. Turgors are removed, blood circulation and the eva-
cuation of wastes is stimulated. Put the belt around your hips,
slightly bend backwards and let the belt slide above the afo-
resaid body parts.
