Область индикации (дисплей) предоставляет инфор-
мацию о различных функциях и выбранных режимах
настройки.
Программы:
Прямой отсчет / Обратный отсчет
настройка уровня нагрузки вручную
В обеих программах нагрузка настраивается во время
тренировки. В программе “Прямой отсчет” значения
отсчитываются в порядке возрастания, в программе
“Обратный отсчет” отсчет значений ведется в порядке
убывания, например, время, дистанция, которые были
предварительно заданы.
HRC Прямой отсчет / HRC Обратный
отсчет
HRC = контроль частоты пульса (программа целевого
значения пульса)
В обеих программах целевое значение пульса дости-
гается путем автоматического регулирования нагрузки
и удерживается на протяжении тренировки. Целевой
пульс устанавливается либо из данных пользователя,
либо в случае отсутствия данных устанавливается на
130. В программе “HRC COUNT UP” значения отсчиты-
ваются в порядке возрастания, в программе “HRC
COUNT DOWN” отсчет значений ведется в порядке
убывания после их ввода.
Функция PULSEHOLD
Нажатием на кнопку PULSEHOLD выбирается актуальная
частота пульса в качестве целевого пульса и регули-
ровка приводит в соответствие уровень нагрузки с
целью сохранения частоты пульса.
При вращении в направлении “плюс” или “минус”
изменяется значение целевого пульса.
Повторное нажатие на кнопку PULSEHOLD или преры-
вание тренировки выключают функцию.
Использование функции PULSEHOLD возможно только
во время тренировки в программе «Прямой отсчет» и
«Обратный отсчет», а также при измерении пульса.
