Ausgangsposition: 3D-FLEXMOTION-Arme nach unten ein-
stellen. Rücken gerade an das Polster anlehnen. Ober-
arme in Verlängerung der Schulterachse. 90°-Winkel im
Ellenbogen gelenk.
Bewegungsausführung: Im Schultergelenk nach außen ro-
tieren.
Beanspruchte Muskulatur: Rotatorenman schette: Außenro-
tatoren
GB 29. Outward shoulder rotation
Starting position: Set the 3D-FLEXMOTION arms to point downwards. Keeping the
back straight, lean against the back rest. The upper arms are extended at shoulder
level. The arms are bent at 90° at the elbows.
Movement: Turn outward at the shoulder joint.
Muscles used: Rotator cuff, outer rotator

Position de départ : positionnez les bras 3D-FLEXMOTION vers le bas. Adossez-
vous, le dos bien droit, au dossier rembourré. Les bras se trouvent dans le prolon-

tegen het kussen gaan zitten. De bovenarmen in het verlengde van de schouderas.
De ellebogen zijn 90° gebogen.
Beweging: vanuit de schoudergewrichten buitenwaarts roteren.

E 29. Rotación exterior del hombro
Posición inicial: ajustar los brazos del 3D-FLEXMOTION hacia abajo. Apoyar la

Výchozí poloha: Ramena přístroje 3D- FLEXMOTION nastavte do spodní polohy.
Záda opřete zpříma o polstrování. Horní část paží se nachází v prodloužené ose
ramen. Lokty svírají úhel 90°.
