Medición del pulso
La medición del pulso se puede realiza a través de 3
fuentes:
1. Clip de oreja
introducir la clavija en la hembrilla, mientras que
el pulso de mano se desconecta
2. Pulso de mano
La conexión se encuentra enchufada en la parte tra-
sera del indicador;
3. Cinta para el pecho
Observar las instrucciones correspondientes.
Zona de visualización / Display
La zona de visualización (llamada Display) informa sobre
las distintas funciones y modos de configuración seleccio-
nados respectivamente.
Programas: Count up / Count down
Los programas se diferencian por su forma de contar.

Esfuerzos a través del tiempo o del recorrido
Perfiles predeterminados 1–6
Programas controlados por el pulso:
HRC1/HRC2
Pulso objetivo a través del tiempo
Dos programas que regulan el esfuerzo por el valor intro-
ducido para el pulso.
Valores visualizados
Las visualizaciones de ejemplo presentan el funcionamien-
to como Crosstrainer.
En caso de coincidir el número de revoluciones con las
visualizaciones de ejemplo, los valores de la velocidad y
distancia son en los más elevados en las bicicletas estati-
cas.
