Bij minder dan 10 pedaalomwentelingen/min of indruk-

ken van “RECOVERY” herkent de elektronica een trai-

ningsonderbreking. De bereikte trainingsgegevens worden

weergegeven. Snelheid, belasting, omwentelingen en

polsslag worden als gemiddelde waarde met het Ø -sym-

bool getoond.

Met “+” of “–” wisseling in de actuele weergave. Bijv.

restwaardes. De trainingsgegevens worden 4 minuten

weergegeven. Drukt u in deze tijd geen toetsen in en

traint u niet, schakelt de elektronica in de slaapstand.

Hervatten van de training

Bij voortzetting van de training binnen 4 minuten worden

de laatste waardes verder opgeteld of teruggeteld.

RECOVERY – functie

Herstelpolsmeting

Bij trainingseinde “RECOVERY” indrukken.

De elektronica meet 60 seconden teruglopend uw pols-

slag.

Drukt u op “RECOVERY”, wordt onder “RPM” de actuele

polsslagwaarde opgeslagen; onder “SPEED” wordt de

polsslagwaarde na 60 seconden opgeslagen. Onder

“DISTANCE” wordt het verschil tussen de beide waardes

getoond.

Daaruit wordt een conditiecijfer (voorbeeld F 2.6)

berekend. De weergave wordt na 20 seconden beëin-

digd.

“RECOVERY” of “RESET” onderbreekt deze functie.

Wordt aan het begin of einde van de teruglopende tijd

geen polsslag gemeten, verschijnt er een foutmelding.
