Funkční oblast

Těchto šest tlačítek je níže stručně vysvětleno.

Přesné použití naleznete v jednotlivých kapitolách.

V těchto popisech jsou názvy funkčních tlačítek

použity také stejně.

SET (krátké stisknutí)

Pomocí tohoto funkčního tlačítka otevřete zadávání.

Nastavená data budou převzata.

SET (delší stisknutí)

Při zobrazení všech segmentů: Otevře „Individuální

nastavení“

Reset

Pomocí tohoto funkčního tlačítka vymažete aktuální

zobrazení a zahájíte nové spuštění.

Program

Pomocí tohoto funkčního tlačítka vyberete různé pro-

gramy.

Opětovné stisknutí > další program

Tlačítka mínus – / plus +

Těmito funkčními tlačítky měníte před tréninkem

v různých nabídkách hodnoty a během tréninku

upravujete výkon.

• dále „Plus”

• nebo zpět „Mínus”

• delší stisknutí > rychlejší změna

• tlačítka „Plus” a „Mínus” stisknuta současně:

• výkon přeskočí na hodnotu 25 wattů

• zadávání hodnot přeskočí na vyp. (Off)

RECOVERY

Pomocí tohoto funkčního tlačítka se spustí funkce

zotavovacího pulsu.

Další funkce tlačítek budou vysvětleny na vhodném

místě návodu na obsluhu.

Měření pulsu

Puls lze měřit 2 způsoby:

1. Ušní měřič (obsažen v dodávce)

Konektor zasuňte do zdířky;

2a. SF1B/SF3B: Prsní pás + zásuvný receptor (Plug-In)

2b. SF2B: Prsní pás bez Plug-In. Přijímač

je u této elektroniky vestavěn za ukazatelem.

Je třeba odebrat připojený ušní měřič.

(prsní pásy nejsou vždy součástí dodávky)

Sada CARDIO PULS SET s prsním pásem POLAR a

Plug-In je nabízena jako příslušenství (výr. č. 07937-

600). Pro použití prsního pásu POLAR je potřeba

jen Plug-In (výr. č. 07937-650).
