Wijzigen van het vermogen tijdens de training:

• “plus”: weergave waarde in het venster “power”

wordt met stappen van 5 verhoogd.

• “min” verlaagt met stappen van 5.

Voortzetten van de training met deze instelling. Tus-

sentijdse vermogenwijzigingen zijn te allen tijde

mogelijk.
