The display is structured as follows.

Display: First line

played here.
By pressing “Users” you will skip to the menu “Users”
By pressing “Programmes” you will skip to the menu
“Programmes”
By pressing “Current Default Settings” you will skip to
the menu “Current Default Settings” and the default settings,
which are to be entered or have already been entered at the
“active” programme.
The performance can be increased or decreased by 50 Watt
by means of the navigation keys or by 5 Watt by means of
the- / + keys during training stand-by or training.

By pressing “Default Settings”, you will skip to the menu
“Current Default Settings” and the default settings, which are
to be entered or which have already been entered at the
“active” programme are displayed.

Alarm at exceeding the maximum pulse = on
Here the default settings are the values, which the active user
“Thomas” entered beforehand under “Default Settings ->
Pulse default settings:
Programme Mode Time or Distance
Pressing “- /+” will switch the mode of the programme from
time to distance. Under programme length, you can adjust the
time from 20 - 120 minutes and the distance from 8 kilomet-
res to 48 kilometres (cross ergometer 24 kilometres).

Programme length = 12.0 km
By pressing “Train” you will adopt the values and settings
and you skip to the view “Training stand-by”.
