1. Ajustes personales
En este punto del menú se pueden efectuar todos los ajustes específicos del usuario (por ejemplo, cam-
bio de la edad). Los cambios en este menú no tienen efecto en los datos de otros usuarios.
2. Mis resultados
En "Mis resultados" se pueden consultar el rendimiento personal y los resultados del último entrena-
miento.
3. Mi último entrenamiento
Al seleccionar este punto del menú se accede directamente al último entrenamiento iniciado. Este
punto del menú está siempre preseleccionado cuando se accede al menú de usuario. De este modo,
el último entrenamiento está a solo un clic.
4. Mi lista de entrenamientos
En esta selección se encuentran todos los entrenamientos guardados en el aparato. Las diferentes for-
mas de entrenamiento se describen más abajo.
5. Configurador de entrenamiento
Con el configurador de entrenamiento se puede crear un perfil de entrenamiento individual. Una vez
creado, se añade el perfil a la lista de entrenamientos. Cada usuario dispone de un puesto en la
memoria para un entrenamiento configurado individualmente. Al configurar un nuevo entrenamiento
se sobrescribe el entrenamiento anterior.
