Guida rapida
Settore funzioni
Di seguito è riportata una breve spiegazione relativa ai sei tasti.
Indicazioni più dettagliate sul loro utilizzo preciso sono presenti
nei singoli capitoli. Anche in queste descrizioni i nomi dei tasti
di funzione compaiono così.
SET
Questo tasto richiama la visualizzazione dalla modalità Stand-
by e le immissioni per i programmi. Vengono adottati i dati
impostati.
SET (premere e tenere premuto) + RESET (preme-
re brevemente)
Combinando i tasti vengono richiamate le impostazioni specifiche
della visualizzazione come data/ora / km o miglia/ colore dello
sfondo / utente dell’allenamento / impostazioni di fabbrica.
Tasti Meno – / Più +
Questi tasti consentono di modificare i valori nei diversi menù
prima dell’allenamento e di regolare il rendimento durante l’al-
lenamento.
• avanti “Più”
• o indietro “Meno”
• azionamento prolungato > modifica rapida
• “Più” e “Meno” azionati contemporaneamente:
• commutazione rapida del rendimento su 25 watt
• commutazione rapida dei programmi su Valore iniziale
• commutazione rapida dei valori su Off
UTENTE / RECOVERY
Questo tasto ha due funzioni:
Azionamento breve ad apparecchio fermo: viene sele-
zionato un utente P1 > P4 > nessun utente = Ospite > P1 > P4....
Azionamento breve ad apparecchio fermo: vengono
visualizzati i dati e le impostazioni dell’utente visualizzato P1 >
P4 o della chiavetta USB inserita.
Azionamento breve durante l’allenamento: si avvia la
funzione frequenza cardiaca di recupero (Recovery) (solo con
la funzione di rilevamento della frequenza cardiaca).
Reset
Questo tasto permette di cancellare la visualizzazione per riavvi-
are l’apparecchio. È possibile farlo solo ad apparecchio fermo.
Programma / SCAN
Azionamento breve ad apparecchio fermo: questo
tasto permette di selezionare i programmi.
Azionamento breve durante l’allenamento: la visuali-
zzazione nella matrice DOT viene modificata.
Azionamento lungo durante l’allenamento: si avvia o
si arresta il cambio automatico di display SCAN.
Misurazione frequenza cardiaca
La frequenza cardiaca può essere misurata in 3 modi:
