Display for heart rate events
If the actual heart rate is lower than the
pre-set training heart rate (-11 beats), the
symbol "LO" is displayed.
If the heart rate is exceeded (+11 beats),
the symbol "HI" is displayed.
When the maximum heart rate is reached,
the "HI" arrow flashes and the wording
"MAX" is displayed.
If “Warning sound for exceeding maxi-
mum heart rate” was activated under
"Individual settings", sound will be emitted
in addition.
Individual settings
When the key sequence is pressed, the settings for km or mile
indication / Energy calculation / Acoustic signal for reaching
maximum heart rate / Saving of settings / Display during
Standby / Deleting total kilometres are shown.
Press the “RESET” button. If all segments are shown, press and
hold the “SET” button.
At first, you can select the display of “kilometres“ or “miles“.
The flashing options can be changed by rotating towards “plus”
or “minus”. Pressing “SET” confirms the selection and jumps to
the next setting, energy calculation “ENERGY”.
Here, you can select the indication of “kJoule or kcal“.

Here, you can chose whether a warning sound should be emit-
ted when the maximum heart rate is exceeded.

Here, you determine whether your settings and target values are
permanently stored (selecting “On“) or entered anew before
every training (selecting “OFF“).
Rotate towards “plus” or “minus” in order to change the setting.

ting, display during standby “Eco”.
Here, you can determine whether the display is switched off
during standby (selecting “On“) or whether it is kept up (selec-
ting “OFF“).

ting, factory settings with “dEL” displayed.
Rotate towards “plus” or “minus” in order to change the setting.
“Yes” resets the device to factory settings and deletes any saved
data and settings.“No” skips this function.
