começa a contar.
• Começar a pedalar
A frequência dos pedais, a velocidade, a distância e o
consumo de energia começam a contar. Pulsação,
caso esteja ativa uma medição da pulsação.
A barra atual muda em intervalos de 15 segundos.
Alterar o esforço
• "Encoder para a direita"
O esforço aumenta em incrementos de 1.
• "Encoder para a esquerda"
O esforço diminui em incrementos de 1.
Interrupção do treino
• Premir “START STOP”
O valor médio (Ø) do esforço é indicado por breves
instantes. A frequência dos pedais e a velocidade indi-
cam "valores 0"
O tempo de treino TIME e STOP são indicados
a piscar.
Retoma do treino
• Premir “START STOP”
• Começar a pedalar
ou
Fim do treino e modo de standby
4 minutos após o fim do treino, a indicação muda para o
modo de standby com indicação da temperatura.
É possível retomar o treino, se a indicação for novamente
ativada premindo uma tecla ou começando a pedalar.
