RECOVERY Erholungspulsphase
Die RECOVERY-Funktion kann nach jedem Trainingsprogramm
angewendet werden.
Mit der RECOVERY-Taste erreicht man eine Erholpulsmessung
zum Trainingsende. Aus Anfangs- und Endpuls einer Minute
wird die Abweichung und eine Fitnessnote ermittelt. Bei glei-
chem Training ist die Verbesserung dieser Note ein Maß für die
Fitnesssteigerung.
Wenn Sie die Zielwerte erreicht haben beenden Sie das Trai-
ning, drücken die RECOVERY-Taste, und lassen danach die
Hände auf den Handpulssensoren liegen. Bei vorheriger Puls-
messung erscheint im Display 00:60 für Zeit und im PULSE-Dis-
play blinkt der aktuelle Pulswert. Die Zeit beginnt von 00:60
herunter zu zählen. Lassen Sie die Hände auf den Handpulssen-
soren liegen, bis auf >0< gezählt worden ist. Rechts im Display
wird ein Wert zwischen F1 und F6 angezeigt. F1 ist der beste
und F6 der schlechteste Status. Nochmaliges Drücken von
RECOVERY beendet die Funktion.
Wird während des Zeitrücklaufs kein Puls erfasst, erscheint die
Fehlermeldung “Err”.
Trainingsende und Standby Betrieb
Die Anzeige schaltet 4 Minuten nach Trainingsende in den
Standby Betrieb mit Temperaturanzeige, wenn keine Taste mehr
gedrückt wird, keine Impulse durch Pedaltreten kommen und
kein Puls aktiv ist.
Ein Fortsetzung des letzten Trainings ist möglich, wenn die
Anzeige durch Drücken einer Taste oder Pedaltreten wieder akti-
viert wird.
