Zona de funciones
Las cuatro teclas se explicarán brevemente a continua-
ción.
La aplicación detallada se explica en los distintos capítu-
los. En estas descripciones también se utilizan los mismos
nombres de las teclas de funciones
Símbolos Más + / Menos –
Mediante estas teclas de función antes del entrenamiento
se modifican los valores en los distintos datos:
Pulsación prolongada > pasada rápida de los valores
Pulsando “Más” y “Menos” juntos:
La introducción de los valores salta a Desc. (OFF)
SET
Mediante esta tecla de función se seleccionan los datos
introducidos.
Los datos configurados se ajustan.
Pulsación prolongada > borrar la indicación (Reset)
RECOVERY
Mediante esta tecla de función se inicia la función del
pulso de recuperación.
Medición del pulso
La medición del pulso se puede realizar a través de 3
fuentes distintas:
1. Clip de oreja –
introducir la clavija en la hembrilla;
2. Pulso de mano
La conexión se encuentra en la parte trasera del indi-
cador 3. Cardio–Puls–Set
