RECOVERY – Fonction

Mesure du pouls au repos

Le système électronique mesure pendant 60 secondes le

retour de votre pouls et calcul une note de fitness.A la fin

de l'entraînement, appuyer sur “RECOVERY”. La valeur

actuelle du pouls est ainsi enregistrée (sous la forme “99”).

Après 60 secondes, la valeur du pouls est à nouveau enre-

gistrée (sous la forme “60”). La différence des deux valeurs

(sous la forme “39”) s'affiche. Ceci permet de calculer une

note de fitness (sous la forme “F 1.0”). L'affichage s'éteint

après 10 secondes.“RECOVERY” ou “RESET” interrompt la

fonction.

Si aucun pouls n'est enregistré au début ou a la fin du

temps de repos, un message d'erreur apparaît.
