Trainingsbeginn
(ohne Einstellungen)
Drücken der “SET” Taste weckt die Anzeige aus dem Standby-
Betrieb auf und alle Segmente werden kurz eingeblendet.
Danach werden die Gesamtkilometer und die Gesamttrainings-
zeit kurz angezeigt.
Dann wird Programm “Count Up” in der Trainingsbereitschaft
angezeigt.
Der Leistungswert zeigt 25 Watt, die Pulsanzeige zeigt “P”, weil
kein Pulswert erfasst wird. Alle anderen Werte zeigen 0.
Das Training beginnt durch Pedaltreten.
Die Anzeigen für Pedalumdrehungen, Geschwindigkeit, Entfer-
nung, Energie und Zeit zählen hoch.
“Minus” oder “Plus” Taste drücken ändert die Leistung. Der
Wert unter “Power” wird in 5 Watt Schritten geändert.
Trainingsunterbrechung oder -ende
Hören Sie mit Pedaltreten auf. Fällt die Pedalumdrehung unter
10 U/min, wird Trainingsunterbrechung erkannt. Die Durch-
schnittswerte für Geschwindigkeit, Umdrehung, Leistung und
Puls (falls Pulserfassung aktiv) werden mit dem Ø AVG Zeichen
und die Gesamtwerte für Entfernung, Energie und Zeit ange-
zeigt.
Standby-Betrieb
Wird nicht weiter trainiert und keine Taste gedrückt, schaltet die
Anzeige nach 10 Minuten in den Standby-Betrieb. Drücken Sie
die “SET” Taste oder treten in die Pedale, erscheint die Anzeige
wieder mit der Trainingsbereitschaft.
