• Pomocí tlačítka “Plus” nebo “Mínus” zadejte hodnoty

(např. 130)

Prostřednictvím tlačítka “SET” proveďte potvrzení (režim

zadání ukončen).

Zobrazení:

Připravenost k tréninku se zadáními

• Šlápnutí na pedál

U zadání se bude odpočítávat.

• Při vynulování „Reset” budou zadání ztracena.

Přerušení nebo ukončení tréninku

Při méně než 14 otáčkách pedálů za minutu elektronika

rozpozná přerušení tréninku. Zobrazí se dosažená trénin-

ková data.

Rychlost, výkon, otáčky a puls budou zobrazeny jako

průměrné hodnoty se symbolem Ø.

Pomocí tlačítka „Plus” nebo „Mínus” přejdete na aktuální

ukazatel.

Tréninková data zůstanou zobrazena 4 minuty.

Pokud v této době nestisknete žádné tlačítko a netrénujete,

přepne se elektronika do pasivního režimu.

Obnovení tréninku

Při obnovení tréninku během 4 minut budou poslední hod-

noty dále přičítány nebo odpočítávány.

Funkce RECOVERY

Měření zotavovacího pulsu

Na konci tréninku stiskněte tlačítko „R”.

Zobrazení:

• RECOVERY

Elektronika změří váš puls po 60 vteřin zpětně.

Pomocí “DISTANCE” se uloží aktuální hodnota pulsu a

pomocí “KM/H” hodnota pulsu po 60 sekundách.

Vedle “% Puls” se zobrazí rozdíl obou hodnot. Podle něj

je určena kondiční známka (například F 1,6). Zobrazení

bude po 20 vteřinách ukončeno.
