Funkční oblast

Tyto čtyři tlačítka jsou níže stručně vysvětlena.

Přesné použití naleznete v jednotlivých kapitolách. V

těchto popisech jsou názvy funkčních tlačítek použity také

stejně.

SET (krátké stisknutí)

Pomocí tohoto funkčního tlačítka otevřete zadávání.

Nastavená data budou převzata.

Reset (podržte stisknuté tlačítko SET)

Aktuální zobrazení se za účelem opětovného spuštění

smaže.

Tlačítka mínus – / plus +

Pomocí těchto funkčních tlačítek se před započetím trénin-

ku mění rozličné hodnoty zadání.

• Společné stisknutí tlačítek “plus” a “mínus”:

Zadávání hodnot přeskočí na VYP (Off)

RECOVERY

Pomocí funkčního tlačítka “R” se spouští funkce zotavo-

vacího pulsu.

Měření pulsu

Puls lze měřit 3 způsoby:

1. Ušní měřič (volitelné vybavení)

Konektor zasuňte do zdířky;

2. Ruční puls (volitelné vybavení)

Přípojka se nachází na zadní straně displeje;

3. Prsní pás (příslušenství)
