El sistema electrónico dispone de una zona de funciones con
pulsadores y de una zona de indicación (display) con símbolos
y gráficos variables.
Instrucciones breves
Zona de funciones
A continuación se explican brevemente los cuatro pulsa-
dores.
La aplicación más detallada se expone en los distintos
capítulos. En estas descripciones también se emplean
estos nombres de los pulsadores de funciones.
SET (presionar brevemente)
Con este pulsador de funciones se seleccionan los datos.
Se adoptan los datos configurados.
Reset (presionar SET prolongadamente)
La indicación actual es borrada para un nuevo arranque.
Menos – / Más +
Mediante estos pulsadores de funciones se modifican los
valores para los distintos datos antes del entrenamiento.
• Pulsación prolongada > recorrer rápidamente los valo-
res
• Presionando “Más” y “Menos” conjuntamente:
La introducción del valor salta a Desconexión (OFF).
RECOVERY
Mediante este pulsador de funciones se inicia la función
del pulso de recuperación.
Medición del pulso
La medición del pulso se puede realizar a través de 3
fuentes:
1. Clip de oreja – opcional
Introducir la clavija en la hembrilla.
2. Pulso de mano – opcional
La conexión está situada en la parte trasera del indica-
dor.
3 Cinta para el pecho (accesorio)
Se ruega observar las respectivas instrucciones.
