Ausgangsposition: Rückenlehne in steiler Position ein-
stellen. Gerader Sitz auf der Bank, der Rücken lehnt am
Rückenpolster. Die Arme sind fast gestreckt.
Bewegungsausführung: Die Arme wechselseitig in den
Ellenbogen beugen und anschließend wieder in die
Ausgangsposition strecken.
Beanspruchte Muskulatur: Armbeuger

Starting position:
Fix the backrest in upright position. Sit upright on the
bench with the back against the backrest. The arms almost fully stretched.
Exercise:
Bend the arms alternately at the elbows and then return them to
the starting position.
