■ To urządzenie może być użytkowane tylko do celów zgodnych z jego przeznaczeniem,

tzn. jako zabawka dla dzieci do użytku przez maksimum jedno dziecko na jednym sied-

zisku względnie jedno dziecko na pojedynczej zabawce (wyjątek: deska surfingowa jest

dopuszczona do użytku przez maksimum dwoje dzieci). Każde inne użycie jest niedo-

zwolone i może być niebezpieczne. Producent nie odpowiada za szkody spowodowane

użyciem urządzenia niezgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem.

■ Ustawianie urządzenia dozwolone jest wyłącznie na terenie prywatnym. Jego użytkowa-

nie na publicznych i półpublicznych placach zabaw oraz w przedszkolach jest niedo-

zwolone.

■ Miejsce ustawienia urządzenia należy dobrać w taki sposób, aby zagwarantować wyst-

arczające bezpieczne odległości od przeszkód (murów, płotów, drzew). Urządzenia nie

można ustawiać w bezpośrednim pobliżu głównych ciągów komunikacyjnych (drogi,
