RECOVERY – functie
Herstelpolsmeting
Bij trainingseinde “RECOVERY” indrukken.
De computer meet 60 seconden terugtellend uw polsslag.
Drukt u op “RECOVERY “, wordt onder “RPM” de actuele
polsslag opgeslagen; onder “SPEED” wordt na 60 secon-
den de polsslagwaarde opgeslagen. Onder “power”
wordt het verschil van beide waardes getoond. Daaruit
wordt een conditiecijfer (voorbeeld F 1,1) berekend. De
weergave wordt na 20 seconden beëindigd.
“RECOVERY” of “RESET” onderbreekt de functie. Wordt
aan het begin of einde van de 60 seconden géén pols-
slag gemeten, verschijnt er een foutmelding.

Bij onderschrijden van de ingevoerde trai-
ningspolsslag (-11 slagen) wordt het
sym-
bool
“LO” weergegeven.
Bij overschrijding (+11 slagen) wordt het
symbool
“HI” weergegeven.
Bij overschrijding van de maximale pols-
slag knippert de “HI”-pijl en het woord
“MAX” wordt weergeven.
Is bij individuele instellingen het “alarmsig-
naal bij overschrijding van de maximale
polsslag” geactiveerd (pagina 14) zijn
tevens geluiden hoorbaar.
