Exercising
The computer has 12 resident exercising programs.
They all differ significantly from one another in the intensity
and duration of the resistance required.
1. Exercising by resistance settings
a) Manual input of resistance setting

The program counts from set values backwards > 0.
If no setting is made, exercising starts with program
“Count up“.
At start of program, there must be at least one setting
in the setting zone.
