2.0 Pulserfassung
Diese Anzeige bietet drei Pulserfassungen:
1. mit den Handpulssensoren
2. mit dem Ohrclip
3. mit einem Cardio Puls Set Art.- Nr. 07937-000 (als Zubehör im
Fachhandel erhältlich)

Es ist nur eine Art der Pulserfassung möglich.

Sie haben die Startanzeige (Bild 4) eingestellt. Ihr aktueller Puls
ist an Position (4)

Stecken Sie den Ohrclip in die Buchse (14)
Reiben Sie ein Ohrläppchen zur besseren Durchblutung
Stecken Sie den Ohrclip an das Ohrläppchen
Pulserfassung mit dem Cardio Puls Set
Beachten Sie die dazugehörige Anleitung

Das Herzsymbol (i) blinkt im Takt Ihres Pulsschlages
Der Pulsschlag wird als Wert (4) angezeigt
3.0 Training ohne Trainingsvorgaben
Treten Sie in die Pedalen. Alle Werte zählen aufwärts. Countup
(Hochzähmodus)
4.0 Training mit Trainingsvorgaben
4.1 Die Programmarten
Der Heimtrainer verfügt über neun verschiedene Programmarten:
• Countup (Hochzählmodus)
• Countdown (Rückzählmodus)
•6 Programme
➊-➏ (vorgegebene Trainingsintervalle in vorgegebener Zeit)
• Pulsgesteuertes Programm (Belastungsteuerung auf Ihre Pulsvorgabe)
Nach dem Einschalten wird automatisch CountUp (Bild 4) aktiviert.
