Overview of the Pragrammes P4 to P6

U1: USER PROGRAM 1
This programme allows the user to create a profile of their own
(with individual segments). For each segment, the user can select
any incline and any speed. This means you are able to create a
programme that is attuned to your personal training goals. The
programme that is created is then stored in the computer and can
be selected and used for your training at any time.
1. Insert the safety key and press SPEED (+) bzw. (-) until the
desired programs (P1 to P6) is displayed (U1).
2. Press the MODE button and SPEED (+) bzw. (-) in order to
select the desired time (00-99).
(The standard setting is 24 minutes)
Press INCLINE (+) or (-) in order to select the desired incline
(1-10)
The standard setting is 0 %
3. Press the MODE button.
4. Seg01, press SPEED (+) or (-) and INCLINE (+) or (-) so that
all segments can be aligned, e.g. Speed 4.2 km by incline
2. Seg02 Speed 5.6 km by an incline of 4. Repeat this for
the other segments (Seg01 – Seg12) after each segment
press the MODE button. When you are finished press the
start button. The treadmill starts. .
You can adjust the speed and the incline level during training by
using the (+) or (-) buttons.
