• Aus den aktuellen Vorgaben des Programms wurden die
Werte übernommen.
• Treten Sie über 10 U/min startet die Trainingsanzeige.
Die Pulsprofilhöhe kann mit den -/+ Tasten gesenkt oder
angehoben werden: in der Trainingsbereitschaft das gesamte
Profil und im Training nur den vor Ihnen liegenden Trainings-
abschnitt.

Am Beispiel des Trainingsprogramms “Leistung (manuell)
Count Down wird die Trainingsanzege dargestellt.
Treten Sie über 10 U/min startet die Trainingsanzeige
Im Training haben Sie die Möglichkeit die Mehrfachanzeige
zu wechseln, um weitere Informationen zu sehen.
“Anzeige” drücken wechselt die Informationen von
“Aktuellem Training” in “Programmangabe” dann
“Pulsinformationen” dann “Durchschnittswerte” usw....
Anzeige: Aktuelles Training
In der Mehrfachanzeige werden die Trainingswerte hoch-
laufend in Reihe und Anzeige die Vorgabewerte rücklau-
fend dargestellt.
Hier im Beispiel ist die Leistung auf 125 Watt erhöht worden
und der Puls ist auf 90 Schläge/min gestiegen.
Anzeige: Programmangabe
Es wird das aktuelle Programm angezeigt.
Anzeige: Pulsinformationen
Es werden die Pulseinstellungen und -vorgaben anzeigt.
Anzeige: Durchschnittswerte
Es werden die Durschnittswerte angezeigt.
