sześciu przycisków.
Szczegółowe informacje na temat ich zastosowania znaj-
dują się w poszczególnych rozdziałach. Nazwy przycis-
ków funkcyjnych w opisach używane są tak samo, jak
podano tutaj.
SET (krótko nacisnąć)
Ten przycisk funkcyjny pozwala na wywołanie wprowad-
zania.
Wprowadzone dane zostają przejęte.
Ergoracer: podczas treningu zmiana pomiędzy pracą nie-
zależną od prędkości obrotowej i pracą zależną od
prędkości obrotowej
SET (nacisnąć dłużej)
Przy wyświetlaniu wszystkich segmentów: wywołanie
„Ustawień indywidualnych”
Reset
Ten przycisk funkcyjny pozwala na skasowanie aktualne-
go wskazania dla ponownego startu.
Program
Ten przycisk funkcyjny pozwala na wybieranie różnych
programów.
Ponowne naciśnięcie > następny program
Dłuższe naciśnięcie > przebieg programu
Przyciski minus – / plus +
Za pomocą tych przycisków funkcyjnych przed treningiem
zmieniane są wartości różnych menu, a podczas treningu
zmieniana jest wydajność.
• dalej „plus”
• lub powrót „minus”
• dłuższe naciskanie > szybka zmiana
• „plus” i „minus” naciśnięte razem:
• wydajność przeskakuje na 25 W
• programy przeskakują na początek
•wprowadzana wartość przeskakuje na wył. (off)
RECOVERY
Ta funkcja pozwala na włączenie funkcji pulsu odpoczyn-
kowego.
Pozostałe funkcje przycisków wyjaśnione są w odpowied-
nich miejscach instrukcji obsługi.
Pomiar pulsu
Pomiar tętna może odbywać się w oparciu o 2 źródła:
1. Klips uszny (objęty dostawą)
Wtyk należy włożyć do gniazdka;
2a. SD4/SD8: Pas piersiowy + odbiornik wkładany (Plug-
In)
2b. SD5/SD7/SD9: Pas piersiowy bez Plug-In. Odbiornik
