Funzione RECOVERY
Misurazione della frequenza cardiaca di
recupero
Azionare “RECOVERY” al termine dell'allenamento.
L’elettronica misura la frequenza cardiaca contando alla
rovescia 60 secondi.
Quando si aziona “RECOVERY”, l’attuale valore di pulsa-
zione viene memorizzato nel campo “RPM”; il valore di
pulsazione dopo 60 secondi viene memorizzato nel
campo “SPEED”. Nel campo “Power” viene indicata la
differenza tra i due valori. In base a questa differenza
viene determinato il giudizio di fitness (p. es. F 1.1). La
visualizzazione viene interrotta dopo 20 secondi.
La funzione può essere disattivata mediante “RECOVERY”
o “RESET”. Se non viene rilevata alcuna pulsazione all’ini-
zio o al termine del cronometraggio, si visualizza un mes-
saggio d'errore.

Visualizzazione di eventi relativi alla frequenza cardiaca
Se la frequenza cardiaca è inferiore (-11
battiti) a quella impostata si visualizza il
simbolo “LO”.
Se la frequenza cardiaca è superiore
(+11 battiti) a quella impostata si visuali-
zza il simbolo “HI”.
Se la pulsazione massima viene superata
in eccesso, inizia a lampeggiare la freccia
“HI” e si visualizza la scritta “MAX”.
