energia şi timpul contorizează crescător.

Reglarea frânei treapta 1-10
• Treapta de frânare se măreşte prin rotire spre dreapta şi
se micşorează prin rotire spre stânga.
Întreruperea sau finalizarea antrenamentului
La întreruperea sau finalizarea antrenamentului valorile
medii ale ultimei unităţi de antrenament sunt afişate cu
simbolul Ø.

Segmente de rotaţie a pedalelor, viteză, treaptă de frâna-
re şi puls (dacă este activat)
• Valori totale
Distanţă, energie şi timp
Modul de temporizare
La 4 minute după finalizarea antrenamentului aparatul
trece în modul de temporizare. La apăsarea unei taste
oarecare afişajul reporneşte cu un test de segmente, con-
tor de parcurs şi pregătire pentru antrenament.
