şi de o zonă de afişare (display) cu simboluri variabile şi

imagini.

Scurte instrucţiuni de utilizare

Zona funcţională

Cele patru taste vor fi explicate pe scurt în continuare.Utili-

zarea exactă a acestora va fi explicată în capitolele indi-

viduale. În aceste descrieri numele tastelor funcţionale sunt

utilizate ca atare.

SET (apăsare scurtă)

Cu această tastă funcţională sunt apelate intrările.

Datele setate sunt preluate.

Reset (se apasă mai lung pe SET)

Afişajul actual este şters în vederea repornirii.

Minus – / Plus +

Cu aceste taste funcţionale, înainte de antrenament sunt

modificate valorile din diversele înregistrări

• apăsare mai lungă > rularea rapidă a valorilor

• „plus” şi „minus” apăsate simultan:

Introducerea valorilor comută pe Oprit (OFF)

RECOVERY

Cu această tastă funcţională este pornită funcţia de recu-

perare.

Măsurarea pulsului

Măsurarea pulsului se poate efectua în 3 moduri:

1. Clips ureche -

Fişa se introduce în priză;

2. Pulsul mâinii

Borna de conectare se află pe partea posterioară a

afişajului;

3. Centura pentru piept (accesoriu)
