Kurzanleitung
Funktionsbereich
Die sechs Tasten werden im Folgenden kurz erklärt.
Die genauere Anwendung wird in den einzelnen Kapiteln
erläutert. In diesen Beschreibungen werden die Namen
der Funktionstasten auch so verwendet.
Set (kurz drücken)
Mit dieser Funktionstaste werden Eingaben aufgerufen.
Die eingestellten Daten werden übernommen.
Set (länger drücken)
Bei der Anzeige aller Segmente Aufruf “Individuelle Ein-
stellungen”
Reset
Mit dieser Funktionstaste wird die aktuelle Anzeige
gelöscht für einen Neustart.
Program
Mit dieser Funktionstaste werden die verschiedenen Pro-
gramme gewählt.
Nochmaliges Drücken > nächstes Programm.
Längeres Drücken > Programmdurchlauf
Minus – / Plus + Tasten
Mit diesen Funktionstasten werden vor dem Training in
den verschiedenen Menüs Werte verändert und im Trai-
ning die Belastung (Stufen) verstellt.
weiter “Plus” oder zurück “Minus”
längeres Drücken > schneller Wechsel
“Plus” und “Minus” zusammen gedrückt:
Belastung springt auf Stufe 1
Programme springen auf Ursprung
Werteeingabe springt aufAus (Off)
Recovery
Mit dieser Funktionstaste wird die Erholungspulsfunktion
gestartet.
Weitere Funktionen der Tasten werden an entsprechender
Stelle in der Bedienungsanleitung erklärt.
Pulsmessung
Die Pulsmessung kann über 3 Quellen erfolgen:
1. Ohrclip
Der Stecker wird in die Buchse eingesteckt,
der Handpuls wird dabei abgeschaltet;
2. Handpuls
Der Anschluß befindet sich eingesteckt auf der Rücksei-
te der Anzeige;
3. Brustgurt
Bitte dortige Anleitung beachten.
