Zadanie wartości od 40 - 199 służy do ustalenia i kontroli

tętna treningowego, zależnego od wieku ćwiczącego

(symbol HI, sygnał ostrzegawczy, jeśli jest aktywowany,

bez kontroli tętna maksymalnego).

W tym celu Zadanie wieku musi być na pozycji “OFF”.

• Za pomocą “Plus” i “Minus” anulować kontrolę tętna

maksymalnego.

• Nacisnąć na pedały

Przy zadanych wielkościach wartości zliczane są wstecz.

Przerwanie lub zakończenie treningu

W przypadku liczby obrotów mniejszej niż 10 obr./min

system elektroniczny rozpoznaje przerwanie treningu.

Koło animacji przedstawione zostaje, jako puste.

Wyświetlone zostają uzyskane dane treningowe. Obroty

pedałów, tętno, prędkość i stopień hamulca przedstawiane

są, jako wartości średnie z symbolem Ø.

Dane treningowe zostają wyświetlone na 4 minuty. Jeśli

przez ten czas nie wciśniemy żadnego przycisku, ani też

nie będziemy kontynuować treningu, system elektroniczny

przełączy urządzenie na tryb Standby ze wskazaniem

czasu godzinowego.
