Przebyta ilość kilometrów i czas treningu

Zadane wielkości treningowe

Wskazanie ostatniego treningu z wartościami średnimi i

maksymalnymi

• Ustawienie kJoule/KM/H lub kcal/M/H.

• Obliczenie wydatku energetycznego wg liczby obrotów

pedałów i stopnia hamulca

Zakres funkcji

Poniżej objaśnione są krótko pięć przyciski.

DISP SET (krótkie wciśnięcie)

• Przejście ze wskazania czasu do gotowości treningowej.

• Przejście do następnego zakresu zadawania lub wskaza-

nia.

Ustawienia lub wartości są przejmowane przez system.

DISP-SET (długie wciśnięcie) RESET

• Kasowanie wskazania dla nowego uruchomienia.

Możliwe tylko w stanie bezruchu.

Minus – / Plus +

Za pomocą tych przycisków funkcyjnych zmieniamy przed

treningiem wartości różnych zakresów zadawania

• długie wciśnięcie > szybka zmiana wartości

• “Plus” i “Minus” wciśnięte razem: zadanie zostaje cofnięte)

Minus – (krótkie wciśnięcie podczas wskazania czasu)

• Wskazanie ostatnich danych treningu (MEM) i łącznej

liczby kilometrów (ODO)

Minus – (długie wciśnięcie podczas wskazania czasu)

• Ustawianie czasu godzinowego (TIME)

• Zmiana z ME na IM (SETTINGS)

ME = wskazanie [24h], [kJoule], [kilometry]

IM = wskazanie [12h], [kcal], [mile]

• Uruchom zapis wielkości treningowych.

REC (tętno spoczynkowe z oceną sprawności)

Za pomocą tego przycisku funkcyjnego uruchamia się

funkcję tętna spoczynkowego i ustala ocenę sprawności.

Osoby

• Wskazanie przebytych kilometrów i czasu treningu dla

osoby 1 lub osoby 2

• Wskazanie ostatnich danych treningowych.

Pomiar tętna

Pomiar tętna może odbyć się z 3 źródeł:

1. Klips nauszny - Wtyczkę wtykamy do gniazdka.

2. Pas piersiowy bez Plug-In. Odbiornik w tej elektronice jest

wbudowany za wskaźnikiem. Włożony klips nauszny na-

leży usunąć. Pasem piersiowym POLAR można nabyć

jako osprzęt (nr artykułu 67002000).

3. Czujnik tętna umieszczony na dłoni - Przyłącze znajduje

się na tylnej stronie wskaźnika.
