Pole funkcyjne

Poniżej krótko wyjaśniono znaczenie czterech przy-

cisków. Dokładniejszy zakres zastosowania przycis-

ków omówiony został w poszczególnych rozd-

ziałach. W tych opisach używa się takich samych

nazw przycisków funkcyjnych.

SET (wcisnąć na krótko)

Przy pomocy tego przycisku wywoływane są zada-

ne parametry.

Ustawione dane zostają pobrane do treningu

Reset (SET wcisnąć i przytrzymać

dłużej)

Kasowane jest aktualne wskazanie przed nowym

treningiem.

Minus – / Plus +

Tym przyciskiem dokonuje się przed treningiem

zmiany wartości poszczególnych parametrów

• łuższe wciśnięcie >

szybka zmiana wartości

• “Plus” i “Minus” wciśnięte razem: funkcja zada-

wania zostaje wyłączona (OFF)

RECOVERY

Przyciskiem tym uruchamia się funkcję tętna odnowy.

Pomiar tętna

Pomiar tętna może odbywać się na 3 sposoby:

1. Przy pomocy klipsa nausznego – opcjonalny

wtyczkę wkładamy do gniazdka;

2. Przy pomocy czujnika tętna dłoni – opcjonalny

przyłącze znajduje się na tylnej stronie wyświet-

lacza;

3 Przy pomocy pasa piersiowego (wyposażenie

dodatkowe) proszę stosować się do właściwej

instrukcji obsługi
