Starosna dob (AGE)

Unos starosne dobi služi za utvrđivanje i nadzor maksi-

malnog pulsa (simbol HI , ton upozorenja, ako je akti-

viran).

• Tipkom “plus” ili “minus” unos vrijednosti (npr. 50) Iz

toga se pri unosu izračunava maksimalni puls od 170

prema odnosu (220 – starosna dob)

Alarmni ton kod prekoračenja maksimalnog pulsa

• Izaberite funkciju tipkom „plus” ili “minus”.

Unos 40 - 199 služi za utvrđivanje i nadzor pulsa na tre-

ningu ovisnog od starosne dobi (simbol HI , ton upozoren-

ja ako je aktiviran, nema nadzora maksimalnog pulsa).

Za to unos starosne dobi mora stajati na “OFF”.

• Tipkom “plus” i “minus” gašenje nadzora maksimalnog

pulsa. Pokazivač: “AGE OFF”

Tipkom “SET” potvrda.

Pokazivač: sljedeće zadavanje “Ciljni puls” (Pulse)

• Tipkom “plus” ili “minus” unos vrijednosti (npr. 130)

Tipkom “SET” potvrda (završen modus zadavanja)
