Training and operating instructions
Programs - > Performance profiles (fixed)
The menu item “Performance profiles (fixed)” contains 10 trai-
ning profiles, which differ in duration and intensity. The per-
formance is adjusted according to the default setting profile.
To the right of the programs number, you find the values for
the duration and the length of the programs. The profile is
shown magnified at the bottom of the display.
If the content of a menu cannot be displayed in one single
view, a scrolling bar is available on the right-hand side. You
can scroll the view up and down by means of the navigati-
on keys “Up” and “Down”. The selection is highlighted
in white and marked with (active).
Note:
Programs - > Performance profiles (individual)
The menu item “Performance profiles (individual)” contains 5
training profiles. You can adjust these profiles as to duration,
length and intensity.
Editing the “Performance Profiles (individual)” is described on
page 14.
Note:
Programs - > HRC programs (manual)
The menu item “HRC (manual)” contains two training programs:
“Count Up” and “Count Down”. In both programs a target
pulse is achieved by performance regulation and is maintained
over the training period. The target pulse is either adopted from
the Presets in the menu: Presets - > Default Setting Pulse or is set
to 130, if no data is available. The values, which you preset or
which have been adopted from the Presets in the menu: Presets
- > Training values, are counted up in the “Count Up” mode
and are counted down in the “Count Down” mode.
Programs - > HRC (fixed)
The menu item “HRC (fixed)” contains 5 training profiles,
which differ in duration and intensity. In these programs,
changing target pulses are achieved by performance regulati-
on. The profile height of the programs depends on the entries
of your maximum pulse in the menu: Presets - > Default Setting
Pulse. If no data is available, an age of 50 years and a maxi-
mum pulse of 170 are set automatically.
