If the maximum heart rate of the active person is not available then a 50 year old standard per-
son with a maximum heart rate of 170 = 100% will be assumed.
A change to the programme can be seen as such.
The changed individual programmes and profiles will be saved under each individual user and
do not overwrite the programmes and profiles of other users.

Here you decide your performance values, speed and how the energy used will be displayed.
2. Exercise values
The values for energy used, exercise time and exercise distance, which were accepted as values
in the targets, are here.
3. Heart rate targets
You enter here how your heart rate should be monitored and which value should be adhered to.

• You can leave or limit the maximum power of the equipment with "maximum power".
The equipment will not allow power over the limits. The % information in the power display
shows the current ration to the set maximum power.
• You insert the starting power from 25 - 100 Watt in the heart rate control programmes "HRC
start power" if your preset value of 25 Watts is too low.
• In "Warm up / cool down power" you insert a target power from 25 - 100 Watts, which
will activate an automatic power increase (warm up) or power decrease (cool down) in the count
up / count down programmes.
• In the "warm up / cool down duration" functions you decide the duration of your warm
up / cool down function from 60-240 seconds.
