Pressing "targets" takes you to the "targets" menu and shows the targets which are entered in
the "active" programme or which have already been entered.

In this menu you can see, change or leave the targets for the active programme.

Pressing "targets" takes you to the "target" menu and shows the targets entered in the "active"
programme or which have already been entered.
The power can be increased or decreased by 5 Watts with the -/+ keys during exercise and
when ready for exercise.
