und eine Fitnessnote daraus ermittelt. Bei gleichem Training ist die Verbesserung dieser Note ein
Maß für Fitnesssteigerung.
Reset
Löschen des Anzeigeinhaltes und Neustart der Anzeige mit dem Aus- und Einschalten des Gerä-
teschalters.

Zum Datenaustausch mit einem PC mittels KETTLER Software.
Steuerung
Die Elektronik regelt die Leistung oder den Puls auf manuell eingegebene oder vorgegebene
