Funkční oblast

Funkce těchto 5 tlačítek je následovně stručně vysvětlena.

MODE (krátké stisknutí) před tréninkem

• Přepnutí na další oblast zadávání.

Převezmou se nastavení nebo hodnoty.

MODE (krátké stisknutí) při tréninku

• Vypnutí nebo zapnutí automatické změny zobrazení.

• Přepnutí na další zobrazení.

MODE (dlouhé stisknutí) RESET

• Vymazání zobrazení za účelem restartu.

MODE a RESET současně

• Přepínání mezi zobrazením Kjoule a Kcal spojené s

vymazáním zobrazení.

Tlačítka mínus – / plus +

Pomocí těchto funkčních tlačítek se před započetím trénin-

ku mění hodnoty v různých oblastech zadávání.

• delší stisknutí > rychlejší sled hodnot

RESET (krátké stisknutí) před tréninkem

• Vymazání zobrazené zadané hodnoty

RESET (delší stisknutí)

• Vymazání zobrazení za účelem restartu.

RECOVERY (zotavovací puls s kondiční známkou)

Pomocí tohoto funkčního tlačítka se spouští funkce měření

zotavovacího pulsu a vypočítá se kondiční známka.

Měření pulsu

Puls lze měřit 3 způsoby:

1. Ušním měřičem pulsu (volitelné vybavení)

2. Snímačem ručního pulsu

3. Prsním pásem se zásuvným receptorem (volitelné vyba-

vení)
