Trening
1. Trening bez zadanych parametrów
• Wcisnąć dowolny przycisk
Pojawia się napis STOP i migający napis TIME dla zadania
czasu treningu oraz wskazana zostaje wartość tętna, jeśli
rozpoznany zostanie sygnał tętna przez klips nauszny,
czujnik dłoni lub odbiornik wtykowy.

• Nacisnąć na pedały
Wskazane zostaną zliczane w górę czas treningu i kolejne
wskazania.
Zmiana wskazań jest aktywna i jest uruchamiana przez
SCAN.
Zakresy wskazań zmieniają się w takcie 6 sekundowym.
2. Trening z zadanymi parametrami
W polach Czas, Dystans, Energia można zadawać wartości
parametrów. Z chwilą rozpoczęcia treningu wartości te zliczane
są w dół. Po osiągnięciu zera wskazanie zaczyna migać i
wydawany jest sygnał dźwiękowy. Następnie wartość zadana
zliczana jest dalej w górę.
W polu Puls można zadać wartość, która miga po jej przekroc-
zeniu.
• Wcisnąć dowolny przycisk
Wskazanie: Parametr “CZAS”
Parametr czasu (TIME)
• Przyciskiem “Plus” lub “Minus” zadać wartości (np. 30:00)
• Zatwierdzić przyciskiem “MODE”.
Wskazanie: następny parametr ”DISTANCE”
Parametr dystansu (DISTANCE)
• Przyciskiem “Plus” lub “Minus” zadać wartości (np. 7,50)
• Zatwierdzić przyciskiem “MODE”.
Wskazanie: następny parametr ”kjoule lub kcal”
Parametr wydatku energii (kjoule lub kcal)
• Przyciskiem “Plus” lub “Minus” zadać wartości (np. 780)
• Zatwierdzić przyciskiem “MODE”.
Wskazanie: następny parametr ”Wiek”
Kontrola tętna (przy przekroczeniu wartości pole miga)
• Przyciskiem “Plus” lub “Minus” zadać wartość (np. 130)
• Zatwierdzić przyciskiem “MODE” (tryb zadawania jest
zakończony)
Wskazanie: gotowość treningowa z zadanym parametrem
czasu
• Naciśnięcie na pedały rozpoczyna trening
Wskazywane są wartości parametrów zliczane w dół.
Zmiana wskazania SCAN jest aktywna
