Funzioni
Il sistema elettronico presenta le seguenti funzioni:
• Memorizzazione dei chilometri complessivi
• Impostazione dei dati di allenamento
• Visualizzazione della frequenza cardiaca con monito-
raggio della frequenza stessa
• Voto fitness dopo un minuto di recupero della frequen-
za cardiaca (RECOVERY)
• Conversione da kjoule a kcal
Settore funzioni
Di seguito è riportata una breve spiegazione relativa
ai 5 tasti.
MODE (pressione breve) prima dell’allenamento
• Passaggio alle impostazioni successive.
Vengono adottate le impostazioni o i valori.
MODE (pressione breve) durante l’allenamento
• Attivazione o disattivazione della visualizzazione alter-
nata automatica.
• Passaggio al campo di visualizzazione successivo.
MODE (pressione lunga) RESET
• Cancellazione della visualizzazione per il riavvio.
MODE e RESET contemporaneamente
• Visualizzazione alternata di kjoule e kcal collegata alla
cancellazione della visualizzazione.

Questi tasti di funzione consentono di modificare, prima
dell’allenamento, i valori nei diversi campi di impostazio-
ne.
• Pressione lunga > scorrimento veloce dei valori
RESET (pressione breve) prima dell’allenamento
• Cancellazione del valore d’impostazione visualizzato
RESET (pressione lunga)
• Cancellazione della visualizzazione per il riavvio.
RECOVERY (frequenza cardiaca di recupero con voto
fitness)
Questo tasto di funzione permette di avviare la funzione
di recupero della frequenza cardiaca e determinare un
voto fitness.
Misurazione frequenza cardiaca
La frequenza cardiaca può essere misurata in 3 modi:
1. con clip orecchio (opzionale)
2. con sensori palmari
3. con fascia toracica con ricevitore a innesto (opzionale)
