Functiebereik

De 5 toetsen worden hieronder kort uitgelegd.

MODE (kort indrukken) voor de training

• Wisseling naar het volgende programmeerveld.

Instellingen of waardes worden opgeslagen.

MODE (kort indrukken) tijdens de training

• Automatische weergavewisseling in- of uitschakelen

• Wisseling naar het volgende weergaveveld.

MODE (langer indrukken) RESET

• Wissen van het display voor een nieuwe start.

MODE en RESET tegelijkertijd indrukken

• Wisseling van Kjoule en Kcal-veld verbonden met het

wissen van het veld.

Min – / Plus +

Met deze functietoetsen worden voor de training in de

diverse programmeervelden waardes gewijzigd

• langer indrukken > sneller doorlopen van de waarde

RESET (kort indrukken) voor de training

• Wissen van de getoonde programmeerwaardes

RESET (langer indrukken)

• Wissen van het display voor een nieuwe start.

RECOVERY (herstelpolsslag met conditiecijfer)

Met deze functietoets wordt de herstelpolsslagfunctie

gestart en een conditiecijfer berekend.

Polsslagmeting

De polsslagmeting kan via 3 bronnen gebeuren:

1. Oorclip (als accessoire verkrijgbaar)

2. Handsensoren

3. Borstgordel met insteekontvanger (als accessoire ver-

krijgbaar)
